DEFINITIONS

1. In these terms & conditions 'LEI' shall mean Ligas Enterprises, Inc.  whose registered office is:616 Oakbourne Way Woodstock, GA  30188
2. 'The customer' shall mean the person, company or organization purchasing goods from LEI.
3. Goods being any equipment, parts or services supplied by LEI.
4. The term "Like New"  is meaning that items might have been opened but are in original condition and provided with a 1 year parts replacement warranty unless otherwise noted on Product Overview.
5. Refurbished means items have been cleaned, tested, and provided with the necessary items to make unit operate and fully functional. Some items have been changed out for the overall aesthetics of the item. Refurbished items are provided with a 1 Year Parts Replacement Warranty unless otherwise noted on Product Overview.

All copyrights, trademarks and tradenames are acknowledged. Ligas Enterprises, Inc.  holds no affiliation to any of the Trademark owners.

PAYMENT

1. Must be received in full before goods are released, by either:
2. Credit or debit card at the time of ordering.
3. ACH Deposit
4. Company Checks or Personal checks if approved.
5. Official Purchase Orders from: Local Authorities, Government & other official corporate bodies.

PRIVACY POLICY

Ligas Enterprises, Inc. is aware of the need to protect your privacy at all times. We are required to collect your name, address and contact details to process your order, and to ensure the maximum level of service can be achieved. Only very basic information is requested for the purpose of completing the transaction. We do not collect sensitive personal information about you. You can ask for a report on the details we hold about you at any time. We can email you all the information which we hold on you. If the details we hold are incomplete or incorrect, please advise us and we will correct them. The details we hold are for our own purposes only - we do not provide them to any other companies unless you consent to such sharing. Only the courier company we use may be given your phone number for ease of delivery in case of any problems. You can even request for this not to happen during the order process if you wish. We may use technology to track the patterns of behavior of visitors to our site.You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings. Very rarely we may email you with details of featured products and offers. The emails will only relate to products we sell and in which, by virtue of having placed an order or registered with us, you have shown an interest. You will always be given the opportunity to refuse these emails in the future and be removed from our mailing list. 

ORDER CANCELLATION

1. Where possible LEI advises customers about the suitability of systems for either home or business use. LEI cannot however guarantee this service will always be available or appropriate and will therefore not be held responsible for customers ordering the incorrect equipment.

LEGAL 

1. For the purpose of recovering unpaid goods LEI may pursue appropriate permission to enter upon any premises where goods are stored to allow repossession.
2. LEI cannot be liable to its customer for any failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control (including but without limitation; strikes, industrial disputes, power supply delays/failure, adverse weather conditions, delays caused by external goods manufactures etc.) In such events LEI may elect (by written notice) to cancel agreements with the customer or seek extended time to reasonably complete its orders.

DISCLAIMER

1.
