Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

Items are usually shipped out within 24-48 hours. A notice by email or phone call will take place if it exceeds 48 hours. The 24 hour period is within the 5 business days M-F.  Shipping is priced at cost, handling and packaging.

 

Returns:

If items are needed to be returned for any reason, they must be returned within 30 business days from time of order and must be in their original packaging with No Seals Broken if NEW.  If items are found to be defective upon receipt, Items must be returned within 10 business days of receipt otherwise all sales are final. There are No Re-stocking fees for items found to be defective from shipment. Pictures must be taken at time of receipt of goods and damage must be noted within the 10 day period. 
There will be a 10% Restocking Fee for Returns on Refurbished Items. A 10% Restocking Fee on refurbished items will also be charged if a cancellation has taken place after dispatching items to cover the cost of packaging and handling.
There will be 20% Restocking Fees for Returns on New Items and any Refurbished Hotel Receptionist consoles. A 20% Restocking Fee on New items will also be charged if a cancellation has taken place after dispatching items to cover the cost of packaging and handling.

 

 Warranty:

All items are provided with a 1 year parts replacement warranty unless noted on item description. Warranties are not covered by acts of God. If items are discontinued or no longer in stock, a money back warranty will be effective.  Consumers will need to communicate with the manufacturer if manufacturer offers a longer warranty than one year.
