Tech Support Ticket - Provide the following

1.) System Type/ Model 

2.) Problem experiencing

3.) Date/ Time requesting service

 We will need to speak with someone that is knowledgeable of system to properly diagnose. You must have Login and Password to system if there are any programming issues requested. For programming issues, you will need some type of access to the system through either hyper terminal, putty, or procomm plus. You will also need some type of interface device to communicate with system from your lap top or PC.  ***A credit card will be taken and run prior to any work performed. ***
